Build the foundations for a healthier, more enjoyable 2026!

It's time to ditch the New Year’s Resolutions that wither away by the spring and embrace a fresh new approach, with expert guidance and a supportive community.

  • Create positive new habits for better sleep, nutrition, or stress management?

  • Embrace a consistent, energising exercise routine?

  • Assert control over your life by freeing yourself from the tyranny of social media and doom scrolling?

  • Learn to translate what you know you *should* be doing into enjoyable daily routines that enhance your health and wellbeing?

Let me show you how in Micro-habits for Better Health, a brand new 30-day programme including 4 live webinars on Zoom, a month  of email-based Tiny Habits® coaching, and a supportive Facebook community.

Think you lack self-discipline?

No problem. If you’ve tried to make changes in the past but haven’t achieved the results you wanted, it’s probably because old-school ‘no pain, no gain’ approaches don’t suit you. In fact, research shows that the ‘drill sergeant’ approach to behaviour change doesn’t work for most people. Let me show you what does work!

Learn an enjoyable, evidence-based approach to behaviour change

Over the course of the month, you will learn the theory behind Stanford professor BJ Fogg’s groundbreaking approach, and you’ll discover how easy it is to put it into practice in your own life, in just a few minutes each day, using the ‘Tiny Habits’ method he describes in his best-selling book. Hundreds of thousands of people have used this approach to create positive new habits, and Dr Fogg’s research provides the foundation for many successful habit change books and programmes.

Motivation is overrated.

The Fogg Behaviour model shows that motivation is just one element of what drives behaviour. In the first week of our programme, you’ll quickly learn the model and how to apply it to your own behaviour and, perhaps,  that of your family, colleagues or team.

Have fun creating Tiny Habits Recipes

I will show you how to put the Fogg Behaviour Model into practice by crafting Tiny Habits recipes that help you reach your health and wellbeing goals in a more reliable, enjoyable way, in just a few minutes each day.

We’ll start by adding positive new habits to your daily routine to help you get better sleep, enjoy exercising, eat healthier food, or reduce your stress. Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals of habit change, we’ll work on ‘breaking’ any ‘bad habits’ you’ve developed, although we prefer to think of this as ‘untangling unwanted behaviours’ (no judgment)!  By the end of our month together, you’ll be much more confident in your ability to take control of your habits and routines.

Learn a skill for life

As a coach and educator, my goal is always to increase my students’ independence. With just a little effort on your part, by the end of the month, not only will you have created a dozen healthy new habits, but you’ll have developed a behaviour change skill that you can apply to every area of your personal and professional life, not just this year, but for the rest of your life.

About Tamra

Your Micro-Habits Coach

Alongside my academic career as a philosophy researcher and lecturer specialising in 20th-century continental philosophy, I’ve trained, coached and mentored hundreds of leaders and educators over the past thirty years.

During the first quarter of 2026, I plan to take a break from academic writing to focus on my passion project: making the transformative potential of the Tiny Habits® approach to behaviour change more widely available, especially in the realms of health and wellbeing.

I completed my certification as a Tiny Habits coach in March of 2021 and use the method every day, both to create and reinforce positive new habits for myself and to help participants on my ‘Radical Resilience’ courses do the same.

In my teaching and coaching, I also draw on my research in Positive Psychology, my training as a Positive Intelligence™ coach, my training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and wide reading in leadership studies, behaviour change, personal development, productivity, psychology and, of course, philosophy.
